Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of every Ljóma product. If something is wrong, we will make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return/replacement requests within 7 days of delivery in the following cases: damaged or defective product received; wrong product delivered; tampered packaging.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been used, due to the nature of skincare products.
How to Initiate
Email us at info@ljomabeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges — only refunds or replacements for eligible claims.
